Wire Harnesses
Wire harnesses are an array of wiring throughout the entire car to supply electricity and electrical signals. FAS provides wire harnesses meeting all the requirements needed for the routing environment.
Engine Room
The specifications are required to cope with the rough environment of engine rooms, which feature dust, water, heat, vibration and so on.
Cabin
Inside the cabin, the instrument panel incorporates a full concentration of the various devices inside the car. Wire harnesses need to find ways to minimize the diameter of wiring and ensure no abnormal sounds due to vibration by their routing in this tiny space.
Doors
The routing extends right into the doors. The connections between the body and the door require superior flexibility able to cope with being opened and closed tens of thousands of times.
